why I don't exercise

I've always found exercise 100% unnecessary and a waste of my time. I have since I was around 20 years old held a steady weight of 70kg. I'm around 190cm long, and so are pretty thin.

I've since long ago been used going around in long sleeved clothes. Much comfy, but also if I wear tshirts in church, people (males usually) used to jokingly comment 'go work out, you poor thin thing'. Very funny indeed. Solution, always cover up those arms. It's weird that people actually think it's ok to comment around other peeps bodies in that drive-by comment way.

My wife has her whole life heard from her parents that she needs to lose weight and start exercising. They still health-obsess over her when they come over. They like talking about running and diets. We have very interesting and meaningful convos, not.

That's why I don't exercise, by ideology. It's a comfy opinion-camp. I try to take the elevator instead of the stairs every time. When pointed out, I point out their fat shaming by taking the stairs. Yes, I'm fun at parties.

I just don't get the hang of working out. Some people do it for the energy boost, but I feel like I never run out of steam thesedays. If I start exercising, for whomst've' would I do it? For myself? I'm perfectly content with my current body shape. Well, except for the fact that I can't lift my male colleague when drunk without exposing him and me to severe health risks.

Join the movement! Stop exercising now!!! Just start eating less if you care about weight. It's perfectly possible to be thin and nimble without crushing your valuable time on a bloody threadmill.
